Quality Control

In our laboratory we are continually busy optimizing our extensive product range and processes. Our laboratory supports our production and is responsible for quality analysis. Depending on the different products we test on:

• Colour
• Thickness
• Weight
• Stiffness (Shirley test)
• Fire retardant (indicative B2)
• Rub fastness (ISO 105, crock test)
  
• Tensile strength (ISO 13934)
• Tear strength (Elmendorf)
• Blocking at 50°C en 70°C
• Double fold test
• Glueability, synthetic and animal glue
• Offset, silk and foil printability

This continuous process of product innovation and process control is combined with a high level of quality control; control of each individual part of the production process up to the ready for use end product, ensures that our high standards of quality are maintained.
